Phase Inspections: Ensuring Quality at Every Stage

We conduct thorough inspections at three critical phases of the new construction process to safeguard your investment and peace of mind:

• Pre-Pour Foundation Inspection: This initial inspection takes place a few days before the concrete foundation is poured. We meticulously examine the forms, rebar, and any underground utilities to ensure they meet code and structural requirements before they are covered.

• Pre-Drywall (or Pre-Sheetrock) Inspection: Conducted immediately before insulation is installed and the walls are covered with drywall, this comprehensive inspection focuses on the critical internal components. We thoroughly assess the framing, electrical wiring, plumbing lines, and HVAC systems to verify proper installation and adherence to standards while they are still accessible.

• Final Inspection: Once construction is entirely complete, and prior to your final walkthrough with the builder, we perform a detailed final inspection. This crucial step helps identify any overlooked issues, cosmetic flaws, or areas of concern, empowering you with a comprehensive understanding of your new home before you finalize the purchase.
